Terms and Conditions

Veenom is operated by Nasir Khan, trading as Veenom (United Arab Emirates); contact [email protected]. Veenom reads what is public on the profile or website you give it, designs and writes a website from it, and, once you sign in and publish, hosts it at an address under veenom.ai or, on PRO, at your own domain. These terms apply to https://app.veenom.ai and to every site it publishes; by using the service you agree to them. You must be 18 or older, and you are responsible for what happens under your account.

Build only from a profile whose content you own or are authorised to use. You keep every right to your content and give us the licence needed to fetch, store, process, host and display it to build, show and publish your site. We may show your published site as an example of Veenom's work unless you ask us not to. We may remove a site that infringes someone else's rights; report an infringement to [email protected].

Do not publish anything that infringes copyright, trademark or privacy rights; is unlawful, defamatory or deceptive; promotes violence or hatred; distributes malware, phishing or spam; impersonates a person or business; or sells what is illegal where you or your visitors are. Do not probe, overload or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend or remove a site or an account that breaks these rules.

Free includes building, publishing on a veenom.ai address, style changes, the contact form and one page. PRO adds your own domain, more pages, edits by instruction, higher daily budgets and the last 7 versions of your site kept to go back to, for US$19 per month; details on the pricing page. PRO renews monthly until you cancel; cancel any time from your account and keep PRO to the end of the period paid for. Price changes are announced by email at least 30 days before your next renewal.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Limited (Paddle.com Inc. for customers in the United States). Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: Paddle collects your payment and any applicable tax, appears on your invoice and card statement, provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's checkout buyer terms apply to every purchase. Refunds follow our refund policy: the first payment in full on request within 14 days, renewals not refunded.

You can delete any site or your account from the product at any time; deletion cannot be undone. We may end an account that breaks these terms. The service is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, Nasir Khan is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to what you paid us in it. You indemnify us against claims arising from your content or your breach of these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of United Arab Emirates; if a part is unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may update them; the date at the top says when.
