Refund Policy

Ask within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full, to the payment method you used, through Paddle; it usually shows within 5 to 10 business days. Renewals are not refunded, because you can cancel at any time before a renewal, from your account or the link in your Paddle receipt, and keep PRO to the end of the period paid for; your site stays published on its veenom.ai address on the Free plan. A renewal charged after you cancelled, or charged twice, is refunded.

Write to [email protected] from the email address on your account, with your Paddle order number if you have it. We answer within two business days. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our merchant of record, so the refund may appear as coming from Paddle.
