Questions about paying

How do I pay?
By card or PayPal, through Paddle, our merchant of record: Paddle takes the payment, adds any tax that applies where you are, and sends the receipt. Cancel any time under Manage billing on your sites page.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your site stays published on its veenom.ai address on the Free plan, with the Veenom badge back in the footer. Contact forms remain available on Free.
Is there a yearly price?
Yes, and it is the one selected first: $19 a month, billed once a year as $228, two months free against paying monthly. Monthly is $23. No contract either way; cancel whenever.
Can I get a refund?
Yes: the first payment is refunded in full on request within 14 days. Renewals are not, because cancelling is free and immediate.
