Questions about paying
- How do I pay?
- By card, through Paddle, our merchant of record: Paddle takes the payment, adds any tax that applies where you are, and sends the receipt. Cancel any time from your account.
- What happens if I stop paying?
- Your site stays published on its veenom.ai address on the Free plan. The custom domain and the pages beyond the home page wait until PRO is back.
- Is there a yearly price?
- Not yet. One monthly price, no contract, cancel whenever.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes: the first payment is refunded in full on request within 14 days. Renewals are not, because cancelling is free and immediate.
